The PowerMind system always honours and supports an integrated approach in our work.
We teach and practice strategies that strengthen:
At a minimum, clients are encouraged to drink at least 2 litres of filtered water, eat high nutrient whole foods, have deep sleep and move their bodies. High emphasis is given to raising awareness and effectively managing stressors.
A range of brain refresh and recharge strategies are taught.
EMOTIONAL & MENTAL HEALTH
Emotional and social intelligences are fully explored. Strong positive social connections are encouraged eg through the PowerMind community and retreat experiences. Positive social relationships have proven correlation with strong body health. Epigenetic coding is mapped and mental health resilience strategies are offered.
Encouragement in expressing alignment with a faith tradition is overtly honoured.
